“Rájácummá – Kiss from the Border”
The exhibition/instalation is an environmental community Art Work by Niillas Holmberg, Jenni Laiti and Outi Pieski. This artistic work questions a local Sami self-government, while at the same time encouraging us to live together in peace with our earth, where the interaction is formed in collaboration with how humans, the earth and the river can live together for the benefit of our nature also in the future. The border crossing argues with decolonist visions, about new but at the same time former self-government for areas where the past and the future meet.
